WHAT WILL I DO
In this class, you'll start seated, drawing your attention into the space and onto yourself. We introduce breathwork to create a sense of mindful focus. The warm-up consists of gentle, accessible movements that bring warmth to the entire body and specifically target the areas we will focus on. The main part of the class involves practicing 6-8 poses of varying degrees of challenge, interspersed with moments of rest. We then transition to the floor to focus on the spine and hips before cooling down with longer-held stretches and poses. Each practice concludes with Savasana, a quiet moment of absolute rest and surrender.
