What to Bring, What to Expect, and Everything In Between
BOOKING YOUR SPACE
Spots are limited so you will need to book your space.
You can do that via the Acuity Scheduling here.
CANCELLING YOUR SPACE
For regular classes, I ask for at least 4 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Otherwise you do not qualify for a refund.
Not showing up without giving notice might mean that someone else has missed out.
WHAT TO WEAR
The most important thing is that you feel comfortable. My suggestions, especially coming into the colder months of the year is to wear layers that can easily come off once we get moving, and can be easily put back on as we come to stillness. Clothes that you can comfortable move in, but nothing too baggy that might end up around your ears or get in the way.
PRE-SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE
To ensure the health and safety of everyone you will need to complete a short pre-screening questionnaire before your first visit. You can do this here.
THE CLASSES
I have a number of different styles of Yoga & Pilates classes on offer. I don’t categorise classes as beginner or advanced, everyone is welcome to all classes.
PAYMENT
Payments can be made directly through the website when booking a class. All major credit cards are accepted. Please contact me for in-studio payments. If you prefer to make a bank transfer then please contact me directly for details.
