Payments can be made directly through our website when booking a class. We accept all major credit cards. For in-studio payments, we also accept cash. If you prefer to make a bank transfer then please contact me directly for details. If you're purchasing a class package or membership, there will be additional instructions provided during checkout. Remember, all classes must be paid for in advance. Unfortunately we cannot hold space for you in class without a purchase.

Booking a class is easy! Simply visit our website, browse the class schedule, and select the class you'd like to attend. You can book and pay online to secure your spot. If you have any trouble booking, feel free to contact me directly, and I'll assist you.

If you're unsure which class is right for you, I recommend trying a few different ones to see what suits you best. I'm happy to chat with you before or after class to help guide you based on your goals and preferences. You can also reach out to me via email, WhatsApp or phone with any questions.

We offer a variety of classes, including Yoga and Pilates, and specialty workshops and masterclasses. Each class has a detailed description on our website, so you can find the one that best meets your needs and experience level.

For regular classes, we ask for at least 4 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Otherwise the session can be charged. The 4 hour window gives other students time to book and make arrangements to attend. For workshops and special events, a longer notice period may apply. Please refer to the specific event details for more information.

If you miss a class, don’t worry! For regular classes, we offer flexible rebooking options if you notify us ahead of time (12 hours). If you forget your class and ’no show’, then the class will be charged. Unfortunately, for workshops or special events, we may not be able to offer refunds or rebooking due to limited spots.

For most classes it’s best to wear comfortable clothing, that’s not too loose or baggy. Wear layers so you can regulate your temperature, especially during colder months. Grip socks are usually a good idea also, which we sell at the studio, and bring a water bottle. It’s also advised to bring a towel, which is great if you get a little sweaty, but can also provide added comfort. For Yin Yoga and Sound Bath classes, you may want to bring a cushion or blanket to make yourself more comfortable.

Absolutely! Our classes are designed to cater to all levels, including beginners. There is appropriate modifications and guidance to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported, no matter their experience level. If in doubt, please contact me directly and I’ll be happy to help you feel confident in attending your first class.

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the class starts. This gives you time to settle in, chat with me if needed, and get comfortable in the space.

If you have specific concerns, then it is always best to seek guidance from your doctor or other health professionals. Before attending your first class, you must complete a Client Information Form which includes disclosing any health or injury concerns so I can be best able to offer the guidance you need. Also, before each class, please let me know of any health concerns or injuries before the class starts. I can offer modifications or suggest alternative movements to ensure your safety and comfort during the session.

Yes, there is street parking available near the studio. We recommend arriving a little early, especially during peak times, to find a spot. Please check the parking signs for any restrictions.

No prerequisites are required! Our classes are open to everyone, regardless of experience or fitness level. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to try something new.

If you’re running late, please enter quietly and settle in without disrupting the class. If possible, let me know ahead of time so we can prepare a spot for you. We understand that life happens, and we appreciate your effort to join us.

Many of our classes can be adapted for pregnant individuals, but please consult with your doctor first and let me know before class starts.
