We then move through the body of the class, where each block of work focuses on a different body position, strengthening and mobilising the entire body. The sequence flows efficiently and effectively, with blocks of work interspersed with moments of rest and mobility. In some classes, we incorporate props like resistance bands and Pilates balls to enhance your workout.
