Join us for a special 75-minute yoga class honouring mothers and the spirit of motherly love. This grounding practice will build strength, balance, and breath awareness, while nurturing the heart and mind.

You’re warmly invited to bring your mum, a mother figure, or something meaningful that represents her. Whether your mum is with you or held in your memories, we’ll come together to celebrate, reflect, and give thanks for the unconditional love that shapes us.

Through steady movements, mindful breathwork, and moments of quiet reflection, we’ll explore the essence of motherly love—its resilience, patience, and deep warmth.
